You are from bengaluru aka the allergy capital of India due to the mixture of cooler climate and greenery. Usually patients with allergic rhinitis have their symptoms well controlled with nasal sprays which are very potent. The fact that you do not respond to sprays makes me wonder if your rhinorrhea is actually due to allergy. Have you consulted a good ENT specialist?? There are some rarer causes for rhinorrhea like CSF leak, vasomotor rhinitis, etc. Kindly get yourself reevaluated.
Next Steps
if the final diagnosis is still allergy, you can try depot injections of steroids. consult an allergy specialist for more details.
