I’ve been having very dull chest pains constantly since around the time I graduated highschool. I had some sort of attack and it felt like a heart attack. Pins and needles all over. Heavy pressure on chest. Palpitations. Very fast heart rate. The heart rate persisted for about 4-5 hours. I had an ekg done, said it was clear. All it showed was my high rate and palpitations. Needless to say, my doctor wasn’t very useful in finding why this happened. Possibly anxiety/panic?
