Due to consipitation (1). there is gas in stomach. (2). After having food  pet phool jata hai ya khana digest nhi hota hai for a long time. (3). I am taking a medicine SYRUP - lactihep plus from a long time .it works but not very efficiently . (4).it feels that after drinking that it is hard to digest edible which I take throughout the day.

Try Nexpro 40 mgs once a day for 2 weeks And Actapro 100 mgs before food 3 time's a day for 2 weeks.
Next Steps
avoid heavy meals. avoid spicy food. drink lot of water.
