Can a 4mm PDA hole in the heart close on its own after 2 months of the baby is born ? Please explain me I'm worried

1Was the baby preterm spontaneous closure is seen more frequently in small pda in preterm babies Check echo 4 month If baby has no problems than recheck at 1 year to decide further course It’s easily treatable So don’t worry Consult a local paediatric cardiology
