I would suggest you should stay with your family and let people think what they want, someone else thoughts should not affect our behavior, always feel free to share your thoughts and make a good schedule of the day with good exercise and yoga, eat your meals on time and for better sleep avoid daytime naps...first try changing this all things then I can suggest many more things including few relaxation techniques to stay more focused and to improve your concentration.
