Confusion & difficulty in understanding

I've been experiencing confusion in concentration and understand things and had a difficulty in speaking. I forgot what I have to say , forgot the words in between . I feel empty head like everything is blank and have blurry vision. I am a highly sensitive person .My hemoglobin level is 10.5 and rbc 3.54 is it because of that ?
