I've recently become sexually active, and I'm having a really hard time wearing condoms. They are incredibly tight and cause me to lose the erection in a few minutes - not to mention it becomes sore the next morning as well. As a result I am not able to have intercourse. I feel the condom is too tight width-wise as I can't roll it down, and the largest width I've seen in India is 53mm. Is there an alternative? Maybe an XL size condom that's not too expensive? I don't have a regular partner, so getting tested for STD and having her go on birth control is not an option.
