Hello dr.i want to conceive.my ultrasound pelvis test shows left ovary - bulky with increased stromal echogenicity and multiple peripheral follicles measuring 4.1×2.9×1.5cm with dominant follicle 14×12mm.right ovary measuring 3.3×2.3×1.9cm.what does it mean.cn i conceive or thers some problem.when should i try

You have pcos...u can conceive naturally also but that might take time.so better to consult infertility specialist if you are trying for more than one year,atleast go for iui.ivf has very good results in pcos.come to ahemdabad at my centre if you could.
