Dear , it varies cannot tell exactly  but sperm can be alive till  72  hrs . Many die off in the very acidic vaginal canal within first 12hrs ,however once in the right cervical fluid condition they can survive much linger . They can be found with weak motility in the tubes for up to 7 days .
