Complication with vision

For as long as I can remember,I can be looking around and then all of a sudden my mind seems to lose it.I can only see my surroundings really flattened and stretched, then it will suddenly flick to being tall and thin. I try and snap out of it but I can't and it stresses me out because I have no clue what is is. I could be looking at a tree and then all of a sudden it changes shape dramatically from wide to tall to wide to tall like my brain is mocking me.It is so weird please help.

Looks like you are going through an anxiety episode. Still please see a psychologist for a thorough check up and other symptoms.
