I have left ovary size 29×19mm complex ovarian cyst with internal septation and echos...what type of cyst it is?? And is it critical?? What type of treatment is required?

Why only one ovary?  Will need good history. Anyone in family have okay, bowel, breast cancer?  See a gynaecology soon to calculate RMI. Blood test for ca125,ca19.9,cea,afp,hcg,ldh. If OK sort out children soon due to a small risk of this turning cancerous. Then manage this cystic ovary.
