Hi, i have complete septet uterus, can you please help me ,without any treatment is it ok for me having child plan .. or compulsory need a treatment for septet uterus , please help me i am very nervous & afraid when i heard about that matter

Complete septum may cause infertility(difficulty to conceive) or pregnancy related complication. Since u are not yet pregnant, it would be advisable to get d septum resected and then try for pregnancy. If it were partial septum, surgery is not required unless there is any other indication
