I have been using in my eyes drops with dexamethasone (corticoid) during the day and a cream with neomicin (antibiotic) and prednisone (another corticoid) and Im worried they cant be uses together or they might do damage to my eyes. Thank you

Hello A.  These can be used together B.  But steroid use  can cause increase in intra ocular pressure C.  I would recommend you to use these medicine under supervision of an ophthalmologist

what is the indication and since how long  you have been using it. bcoz unnecessary use of steroids is not good for eyes.
