At your age, you most Likely have arthritis and age related changes to your spine. You may also have a small fracture, which is not clear, as the MRI report is not there completely. Fractures take anything up to 6 months or even longer to get better. Any age related changes and wear and tear will not get better. You need to take regular painkillers, maintain good activity levels, stay mobile and use ice packs when needed. This will help to a large extent.
