Cold symptoms for 9 weeks chest pain for several weeks started in middle of chest now right round into back of lungs and down arm. Weakness dizziness and lack of appetite. Muscle aches swollen glands in neck and armpits ulcers and headaches. Pain when coughing and lightness of head
