I woke up with a cold sore this morning. I felt it coming on last night, with the itchy tingling feeling that comes with it. Is there a medicine or rememdies I can take to make it go away overnight? I have a performance this weekend and I can't afford to have this sore on my lip during it. I'm also very self conscious about it. I left school early today because I was/am so upset. Thank you.
