Baby 21days old she is suffering from cold yesterday and breathing problem. Mother feed and also formula milk taking by baby. Kindly advice to cure cold

Since child is being breastfeed nothing is more effective than it as breastmilk has all antibodies to fight against infections. Avoid formula milk as you also introduce infections while feeding. For nasal blockade use saline nasal drop's 2drops three times a day. No medicines required orally.
