I m 5 week pregnent , i m suffering from cold n fever which medince i can take safly , can i take crocine ?

Paracetamol is safe in pregnancy throughout Take dolo 650 mg three times a day for 3 days If temperature doesn't come down in 3 days get blood tests done to rule out dengue typhoid or malaria Salt water gargling 2 to 3 times Steam inhalation 2 to 3 times
