Hello, I'm a 63 year old man in fair shape and I've been taking Actifed for a sinus condition I have for well over 35 years. I had one operation 2 years ago that the doctor guaranteed me would work, but it didn't help at all. My problem is that I'm taking a lot more of the Actifed than what the directions say.
