I have been suffering from cold from almost 15 days. I took medication in the first 5 days. It was ok then. But later it came back again. I am always having phlegm in my throat. No cough. No running nose. Sneezing sometimes. No nose blocking too.

hey, it can be due to change in climate  cold food items , change in water , if you have no allergy then its temporary based on surrounding nature
