Cold, cough, feverish in pregnancy

I had runny nose and cough last night. I took steams so my nose is okay now but I have some cough. Since morning I feel feverish too. Just checked my temperature - 100F oral and 99.4f armpit. What should I do? Should I consult immediately or take some rest and consult by tomorrow?
