I've taken carvent plus tablet directly with normal water. does it react in a wrong way .. plzz help me out because i dnt know how to use this tblet and i was full of cold so i went to the medical shop took the tablet and took directly with the normal water. plss tell me that ..if it effects in a wrong way.
