I have dry cough and cold from past 3 days and it has increased now and I am having throat pain also with body pain I have taken cetrizine for cold and torex syrup for cough And crosine but there is no effect of the medicine Please suggest medicine

Hello.. Please do some salt water garglings.. It will help..continue the same medications for 3 days..if no relief then conuslt a physician
