When i touch something cold than Normal temperature I feel sneezing. Early Morning breeze sometime will get em sneezing feeling

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
