I had two missed abortions and one ectopic pregnancy... After that I tested torch in that cmv and rubella igg positive... My husband sperm count is low 15 million only and low motility 30%... So doctor advised to do iui ... I'm having only one healthy fallopian tube and two healthy ovaries... Please give me suggestion about our future successful pregnancy... Is it possible to get pregnant... I'm having high normal sugar about 106 after fasting

Firstly, IgG positivity indicates past infection and does not need treatment as long as IgM is negative. You will need to go for IUI. Chances are better if ovary on side of healthy Fallopian tube has ovulated. However, ovum migration to opposite side is known, so IUI can be carried out in both cases. Get HbA1c done. That will decide if you need medication. In case you are overweight, weight loss will help
