Took 30 pills of Daxid 50, 10 of D Veniz 50 and 7 of Rivotril last night. I feel fine, but im shaking a lot which may be from lack of sleep. Should i see a doctor?

You need to see a doctor on an urgent basis Once you are medically fit, u need to consult a psychiatrist and tell about this incident and get treatment for the same
