My c sec done on 23 jun 2019.one of my sititches opened..do my doctor prescribed clindamycin 600mg tablets thrice a day for 7 days...As i am breastfeeding my 3 wk old baby..will it affect the baby?? IS the dosage appropriate to treat open stitch ( pic attached ..plzz see)??
