Dear Doctor, I am currently taking **Inderal (propranolol)** and would like to know if it's safe to take **Omega-3 supplements (fish oil capsules)** alongside it. I’ve read that both may have blood pressure-lowering effects, and I want to ensure there’s no risk of side effects or interaction. Kindly advise if this combination is safe for me, and if there’s a recommended dosage or any precautions I should follow.
