Citalopram not Working

I've been seriously struggling with depression and am on my 5th week of taking Citalopram (20mg once a day). I have been finding that my depression is only getting worse - but I have no access to a GP until the end of next week at the earliest. Do you have any advice?

If there is no response then try other medications, u have to consult a psychiatrist before that. A reassessment has to be done before changing the medications.
