How much time it takes to flush the cigarette tar out from lungs and it can be done by some healthy diets??

Hi . I understand your concern s. Unfortunately once damage done to lungs can not be reversed. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like pulmonary function test which is needed for the same done to your lung s due to smoking. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest
