I currently burned my leg and I think it might have become infected however I’m not entirely sure. I don’t want to tell my parent or to go to the doctors and I was just wondering what the best way to keep it clean and help to fight the infection if there is one. I have been cleaning it with salt water and have a bandage around it during the day so it doesn’t get caught on my clothing
