My mother has been suffering from chronic cough since months.She had her HRCT scan done a month ago.Which shows asfollow :- MEDIASTINUM-few small prevascular, pretracheal nodes seen significance.Trachea and major bronchi are normal in course.Diffuse centrilobular nodules seen in both lungs.Area of ground glassing with early fibrosis seen in both lower lobes.Areasof Air trapping noted in middle lobe and both lower lobe. Few nodules approxmeasuring 0.43cm seen in right lung-likely inflammatory
