Chronic pain post natal cleft lift

I had a surgery to remove pilonidal sinuses May '16. Dr said it went great. Over a year later I have chronic pain where the surgery was done. Throbbing, shooting pains that are expanding into my lower back and left leg. I'm unable to sit, stand, or run without pain now.
