I am really worried as it's been more than a year , I am suffering from chronic fissure at 12'0 clock position was diagnosed by surgeon by anoscope . When I taken laxative it's ok else it creates issue. I don't know why it is recurring again and again. I am really stressed, as it's affecting my lifestyle. I am just asking does fissure also causes narrowing of anal opening. How to verify the root cause why it's recurring.
