Lose motions and womitting continuously, with low blood pressure and low sugar. After every meal the condition is getting worst. And due to weakness, he is not able to speak properly.

Since how many days loose motions? I suggest start antibiotics and ORS.you seem to be suffering from gastroenteritis . kindly visit a gastroenterologist and get the needed medications
