My 5year daughter has chronic cough basically morning time,no fever,chest clear, CBC and EsR normal What could be causing it?

If by chronic cough, you mean it is present for more than 3 months then please consult a chest physician to rule out cough variant asthma. Also get an ENT evaluation done to rule out causes in throat like lingual tonsils, cysts,etc
