Recently my neck has not been feeling well. I woke up two weeks ago and it felt really numb around the C1, also i have found achilles tendonitis surfacing and more recently the left side of my left ankle has been aching non stop.... It feels like my body is starting to 'shut down' so to speak... any insight will be appreciated thankyou
