Hi, I am having anal fissure since 2 months. Currently I am taking auyurvedic medicine but my condition has not improved. I am having pain through out the day. I am not able to understand what should I do now? Should switch to allopathy or homeopathy? Please suggest. Thanks, Prashant Kumar

This is a case of chronic fissure in ano... probably even after taking medicine if it is not resolving means you may require Surgery.
Next Steps
continue high fibre diet and stool softener and local analgesic as given by previous doctor and please do visit for examination so that further plan can be decided.

Chronic fissure are very difficult to heal by itself.
