Chondroblastic Osteosarcoma

The first operation of tumor of maxilla  is done in 2011 and biopsy reports showing that it is Chondroblastoma  but it was reoccur  in same position . But now it is recently  operated, and the sample goes for an biopsy and biopsy reports showing that it is Chondroblastic Osteosarcoma . Which i was attched it which is rare type of disease so what is the solution to stop this, so please tell me

Chondroblastic osteosarcoma is rare malignant tumor of the maxilla. It needs to be treated by post operative chemotherapy and radiation therapy. If surgical margins are clear and complete post of chemotherapy and radiation is taken then chances of recurrence in short term are less.
