Chlamydia Positive and HIV negative

I had Chlamydia and HIV report after 65 days from exposure at lalpath lab. HIV is negative but Chlamydia is showing as positive . Index value 1.17. is still possible HIV positive after 90 days test. And what about Chlamydia? Is it really positive or false positive. In between i had intercourse with my wife also..What is the solution for me

yes possibily. u may transmit chalmydia send report date of sex? any lesion or wound discharge etc?
