My friend is having breathing problems, heaviness at heart, chills, frequent urination (yellowish and smelly urine), loss of appetite. We are not sure what is the exact problem and what it is related to?

Your friend needs to visit a hospital and to be seen by physician. May be urinary tract infection with sepsis
