Which food give to children along with medicine when they have vomitings , they don't have any dehydration solution like ors

Give normal food like you were giving earlier. If it's followed by vomiting, give smaller quantity, and more frequently to fulfill daily requirements.

You can give them lemon juice, rice water,Dal water with additional salt in them, butter milk ,warm soups etc, readymade ORS tetrapack also available
