Child fell on head when 4-5 yrs,now shes 9 but cant speak languages properly and also has a little bit of learning problem at school but has a very good sense of humour.should i be concerned about it she felt nausea when she fell and vommitted after 1-2 hrs we also consulted doctor when she fell but he said not toworry

Hi, I would suggest to consult a developmental pediatrician, this may or may not be related to a fall in past. But may be a problem in development and learning. Many a times just a proper developmental therapy and training will improve it.
