My blood group is B+ve and my wife's is B-ve. About 3 yrs back, she had a miscarriage after two-months pregnancy. Now she is 3-month pregnant. I have heard about complications in the second birth in cases parents with +ve and -ve Rh blood group. So should she take any medication now ? Please help us out.

Hello, That's is called RH incompatibility ,Child with Rh positive born to Rh negative mother . Anti D injection is given to prevent complication . Since she had abortion last time , this injection should have been given last time . Try to know whether it's given or not , nothing to worry if injection is given last time only.
