  4. Chicken pox. Cure fever. please suggest!

Hi doctor, My son is suffering from chicken pox form past 1 week. He is getting severe fever at a times, I am giving him a Paracetamol Syrup 120 Suspension 5ml 3 times a day. The dots are chicken pox is completely dried. Any additional medicines are tobe given cure fever. Please suggest
