Hi Sir/Maam, My son is going to be 3 years in July end and he is not chewing his food he just swallows, we are trying our best in teaching how to chew his food and failing. His diet includes dalia and ceregrow because of his not chewing problem. Please guide me to the best solution.

I would suggest you to give solid food to him and Stop ceregrow. He has to be taught chewing As it's easier to gulp the food he might refuse to eat solid food . Don't give him the option of pasted food
