I am having healthanxiety issues experiencing dull pain in my right side of chest beyond breast it's dull pain I am having cardiophobia experiencing fast heartbeat when I move around sometimes it goes until 170 my brain always thinks about heart I am worried are all these symptoms related to heart or due to my anxiety doctor
