I had high bp since dec'15,since then it's constantly high , not able to diagnose the reason why it's high , lifestyle is same , I always feel something stuck in chest just below my throat , pinching around heart area ,however nt sure y bp is not decreasing & done all test which are ok , can this b treated by Ayurveda
