Whenever I try to do some physical work my chest hurts, be it walking, running, lifting things or even walking my dog. My ECG reports are normal.. What could be the problem? Please help

If its not cardiac problem it could be pain due to gastritis or musculoskeletal pain . consult physician and discuss on possibility of gastritis.
