I have had chest pains for almost 2 weeks. Mainly feels like a pulled muscle on the right side and into the shoulder. Sometimes though there is a mild stabbing pain and this can be either side. Also mild tingling feeling sometimes again this can be anywhere. Also have had bouts of diarrhea this past week.
